A: Yes, user sign up is mandatory to use Kaali Peeli Taxi service. It is essential to provide correct contact details while signing up. Kaali Peeli Taxi drivers may contact you on your phone/email for your ride related alerts and information.

Q: CAN I BOOK A RIDE FOR A LATER TIME/DATE?
A: Kaali Peeli Taxi service is an on-demand taxi ride service, we match real time taxi supply and demand to provide taxi ride to willing riders. We do not accept bookings for future date/time.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK A RIDE ?
Download the app from App Store and sign up. Check for nearest TAXIS on the booking page and click on ‘TICK’ upon finding a suitable ride. After the booking, you will receive the driver and taxi details. Use them to locate and connect with the driver and ride away. Upon completion of the ride, pay by cash or wallet.

Q: HOW CAN I GET KAALI PEELI TAXI RATE CARD?
Rate card is available in Kaali Peeli taxi app only. Long press your desired service icon to access Rate Card for your location.

Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT CHANNELS AVAILABLE?
Payment through Cash and Kaali Peeli taxi Wallet both are available.

Q: HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR MY RIDE TO COME?
Any online request will need to be matched by an accepting driver who is in the 4-Km radius of your location. The actual ETA will be displayed in the app at the time of booking itself based on traffic estimate and distance. If there is no driver within your 4 Km radius, you won’t have an option to book. However, we are populating enough drivers to ensure the availability especially in peak hours.
